Having radical and political ideas/experiences and raising a tough daughter. We cover marriages, deaths and getting sober. Our shared interest in feminine spirituality, Lynn's methods of using music to meditate, and her teaching harp experiences. How important it is to love the people around you and you'll be loved back and getting out there dancing in the dark and playing through life. I ask about dealing with the ups downs of mental health issues and most importantly no matter what happens in life, don't give up before the miracle happens.
