    Episode 16: If you're a master procrastinator like myself, start with podcasting.

    Hello friend,  The only way we'll get better at anything is through practice.  And what a better way than podcasting.  It's free and does not take a lot of time.  Just press record and let the words come out.  This podcast is meant more for yourself at the beginning, just say anything, but daily.  Within time you'll find your voice and your listeners will start to follow. But probably not in the beginning, and that's why it's a great practice.  Wishing you a wonderful day of pure podcasting awesomeness!

    Episode 15: What type of content do you believe you could create with consistency

    Episode 10: The benefits of cold therapy

    Hello friend.  I thought I would talk today a little about cold therapy. And if you have time, try searching Wim Hof on youtube.  The cold therapy really changed my life.   Whenever I wake up, feeling unwell, anxious, etc I always take a cold shower or cold bath.  You'll thank me later.
