    We accidentally watched a good movie! How did that happen?! A Diva’s Christmas Carol starring the BEAUTIFUL Vanessa Williams was a made-for-TV VH1 movie from 2000. The fashion is on point and the acting is, well, it’s not great but it’s not THE WORST like everything else we’ve watched. Comedian and actor Karolena Theresa joined our conversation and we all just mooned over Vanessa’s cheekbones. It was a blast.

    We’re really starting to hate Christmas over here. Holly Lodge is a perfect middle-of-the-road Christmas movie. I often found myself asking: What else could I be doing with my life? The plot is simple: woman is single, man is (maybe) evil, woman runs a business and is behind on the rent. Who can help her? The man can! And we follow them through the joys of skiing together, baking cookies together, the works. Violet Lucca— film critic, brilliant human— joined us to talk about a little piece of trash that Hallmark gifted us with just a few short years ago.
