Wonderfully Informative

Food for Thought has been a great podcast to listen to on my walks! I always find that the topics covered are extremely relatable and discussed well with proper experts. Most of topics make me feel like I’m not the only one with certain struggles. Rhiannon is the sweetest, keeps it real and also creates a safe space for some hard topics!
