    Wests Tigers Back at Campbelltown for Huge Dolphins Test

    Luai stars as Wests Tigers Farewell Leichhardt Oval (for a bit)

    The Wests Tigers had a few heart-in-mouth moments and almost succumbed to some classy Titans plays, but managed to hold on for an eight-point win at Leichhardt Oval this afternoon.     Oh Dear! Wests Tigers Get Panthers Shellacking

    It was an afternoon we'd all like to forget at CommBank Stadium, with the Wests Tigers proving little more than cannon fodder against a white-hot Panthers. Losing 68-nil is about as low as it gets for an NRL fan, but despite the awful afternoon, we thought we might try and make some sense of the events in Parramatta. So, this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast is a little different: it's just Joel and Nick, and we keep things pretty short and to the point.     Over the past 12 months, Wests Tigers has achieved a feat that is more than admirable - a 50% win record. But while that's a really solid base to build on, what exactly do we need to do to take a big step up to being a team that wins most weeks? On this big midweek edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, Joel is joined by Nick, Josh and Jordan to discuss that very topic. Coming off three straight losses and a horror run with injuries and a key suspension, Wests Tigers got away with a 22-16 win to take the side to 16 competition points. Averillo, who also played for the Bulldogs before heading north for a stint at Redcliffe, apparently wants to return to Sydney, and it appears Wests Tigers are favourites for his services.
