    Let's Label Fear as Fear Already!

    Episode lucky number 13 for season 2!!!! What do you label fear as? For me it's procrastination. Rather than saying I'm scared I procrastinate. It's what I do because I am scared shitless, of what? It depends on what I have to do. But usually, it's fear that others will think badly of me.     So what's the plan for this week?     When I joined my Network Marketing company I was naive to the industry.     Long Term Water Fasting, What to Consider

    I heard once that at some point you have to take make a stand. So here I go.   I do not agree with this 40 + day water fasting for spiritual reasons. There is so much cell regeneration that happens in 40 days,  I can't see how leaving those cells to regenerate without nutrients to feed and nourish them is beneficial.  In my experience and opinion, I could actually see it countering the desired effects of spiritual connection.   I do believe in cleaning out the toxins and in my experience it did help me have a deeper spiritual connection. but, I believe that was becuase I was not only cleaning out the crap but also replenishing my nutrient reserves.   If you'd like to learn about the cleanse that I use and love you can check it out here: https://klh.myfreedomblogs.com/what-is-a-healthy-cleanse

    A Cleanse Where You Can Eat.

    When you think about cleansing, what comes to mind? For me, it was fasting on lemon juice, water, vegetable juice or a combination of all three. Never did it ever bring to mind eating food.   When I started to get better versed in the world of health and wellness, I started to learn one of the best ways to cleanse. And you may be thinking, "Well, doesn't my body cleanse naturally?" Yes! Yes, it does. But it can only handle so much before it starts to get overworked, especially if your diet consists of a lot of processed foods. In this episode, I'm going to share the cleanse that I use and love, that allows you to eat all you want of the suggested foods, which are mainly veggies and fruit and why doing a cleanse where you eat nutrient-dense food is so critical to the cleansing process.
