    5 Surprising Things in God-First Singleness

    Oh singleness. It makes everyone who is in a relationship uncomfortable, it makes the singles feel like their hearts aren't being heard, its just a mess. Am I the only one who has felt that? In this episode, I reflect on my time in singleness, and how I was able to completely fall in love with being single. I didn't need anyone's pity, I was completely happy with it! But, it wasn't always that way. I have shed tears about not being in a relationship, and I have been angry at God. However, when I flipped the script, and lived out HIS will instead of expecting Him to check off my list for MY will, things turned around FAST. I discuss what changed, and how I lived out my life to the fullest, even while being single. I hope that this helps you whether you are single, dating, engaged, married, divorced, whatever it may be, to help you find out a little more about yourself! Enjoy!

    The Comparison Game w/ Madeline Helland

    Hey guys! On this episode, I sit down with one of my friends, Madeline Helland. We discuss everything from social media struggles, to eating disorders, and even touch base on, of course, the enneagram. I absolutely loved this conversation with this girl. Madeline opens up about some struggles with body image that she has had over the course of her life, and dives into how that looks today with her family. Madeline is so valued in our church community as someone who is intentional, wise, and always a good friend to everyone. I am so excited for you guys to hear this conversation!

    "Manel" Part One

    Hey Friends! I am so excited for part one of our man panel, or "Manel", on relationships! We go into topics on part one such as "are formal dates extinct?", labeling a relationship, women pursuing men, and dating in the scriptures. We also touch base on purity throughout the series, as well as our perspective of living a Christian relationship. I am joined by Jonathan from episode 10, Rachel from episode 13, as well as Trevor and Drew. Trevor is a graduate student in a serious relationship, and will be speaking from the dating perspective, and Drew is a young adult pastor who will be speaking on the perspective of marriage. I had such a good time speaking with these men and Rachel on all the different viewpoints of relationships in 2019, and hope that you guys love it as well!

I absolutely adore this little conversation that we have, and I am sure you will, too! Sandra is a camp counselor, a barista at my favorite local tea shop, and so on fire for the Lord.     College Life and Anxiety w/ Enoch Lau

    Hi friends! Happy Wednesday! On today's episode, I talk with my friend Enoch about his experience of finding Christ while in college, and how that effected his relationships with people. We also talk about how Enoch just now started a life of battling anxiety, and how he has learned to value anxiety as a direct moment that he can take in silence with God, as well as see how God has worked with him to find coping mechanisms. Enoch also discusses his recent mission trip to Vegas, and how Christ looks in the "City of Sin", and walks us through some incredible lessons he learned while there.
