Anti-depressants Kill or Cure

“Antidepressant can increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents, and young adults with major depressive disorder.” It’s very unfortunate what happened to her husband but you cannot simply say that antidepressants creates suicidal thought. There are many more factors that contribute to that. Also, what about the statistics? How many people that take antidepressants have committed suicide. The story is heartbreaking but these aren’t reliable statements

Not nearly scientific enough of a podcast to be discussing a delicate issue. The “facts” feel cherry picked to love a point, perhaps treating discussion of ssri’s like a political debate rather than a scientific one. A podcast like this has the potential to pose a legitimate threat to safety and well-being and shouldn’t be taken lightly.
