    Esther Chp 3-5, Acts Chp 5:22-42

    In this episode of Finding His Voice, the king is having the Jews of the kingdom slain because he was not made aware that his new queen, Esther, was a Jew. Esther approaches the king and has prepared a feast for him, to ask his favor. In the New Testament, the apostles are thrown in prison for preaching the name of Jesus. They are beaten and threatened with death if they continue to preach in Jesus name.

    Esther Chapters 1-2, Acts Chapter 5:1-21

    In today's reading of Finding His Voice we hear how Esther came to be Queen in the court of Ahasuerus and in the New Testament Reading we learn about how Ananias and Sapphira made a deal with the Holy Ghost but tried to hold back part of it and fell down dead.

    Numbers Chapters 20 through 22, Mark Chapter 7

    In this episode of Finding His Voice several kings refuse to allow the Israelites to pass through their nations and so their lands are given unto them. The deaf are healed and the mute speak as Jesus continues to teach about the Hearts of Men.

    Leviticus Chapters 26 and 27, Mark Chapter 2

    In this episode of Finding His Voice the Israelite Nation learn what will happen to them if they defy the word of God. Jesus heals a man with palsy who was lowered through the roof on a bed and the scribes are amazed that Jesus would dare do such a thing on the Sabbath.

    Nehemiah Chapters 12 and 13, Acts Chapter 4:23-37

    In this episode of Finding His Voice, Nehemiah tells of how he organized the singers to give praise in the House of God and he chastised the Levites who had married foreign women and allowed them to distract the men from the work of the Lord. The Apostles are doing the work of the Lord as they are filled with the Spirit of the Holy Ghost. No man is ever found in need because Barnabas, a Levite, sold his land and brought the money to the Apostles and laid it at their feet.

    Nehemiah Chapters 9 through 11, Acts Chapter 4:1-22

    In this episode of Finding His Voice the Children of Israel are gathered from all corners of the nation and assigned their duties to the House of God as the Temple is rebuilt. Peter and John are thrown into prison for healing the man who was lame, and they are told not to preach the name of Jesus anymore. Peter, speaking with the power of the Holy Spirit said, "Ye rulers of the people and elders of Israel, if we be examined of the good deed we have done by which this man was made whole, be it known to all of you that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth whom God raised from the dead, by Him doth this man stand here before you whole."

    Nehemiah Chapters 7 and 8, Acts Chapter 3

    In this episode of Finding His Voice the Israelites are mourning when the Book of Moses is read, because they are made aware of their iniquities. But they are told to go and celebrate because this is a Holy day, they day when the Lord has once again blessed the nations. A man, lame from birth, asks Peter for alms. Peter says, "Silver and gld have I none, but what I do have I will give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." And he took him by the right hand, and the man was healed from that moment.

    Nehemiah Chapters 4 through 6, Acts Chapter 2:14-47

    In this episode of Finding His Voice Nehemiah is challenged from all sides, as the heathen nations are angered from his rebuilding the Wall of Jerusalem. In the day of Pentecost Peter explains to the Jews that they had slain the man, approved by God, and that Jesus was the Christ. They asked what they could do and Peter explained that they must repent of their sins and be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost. There were more than 3,000 baptized that day.
