    In this week's episode I interview Aundrea who is a 6th-grade advanced student. We talk all about extra credit in my science class which takes the form of Side Quests. These are activities that link with science content but don't necessarily connect directly to unit tests.     EP2: Collaborative Notebooks with Juan & Jeniven

    This week's episode is all about collaboration. I interview two students, both of which use interactive digital notebooks created using Google Slides.     Welcome to the very first +1 Learning episode! In this episode my student and I reflect on Nearpod from a student's perspective including the wins and challenges. We both gain interesting perspectives on our roles in the classroom, and his feedback on Nearpod lessons can teach us a lot about what students want and need.
