This podcast is an incredible display of amazing people. Not only is David visibly talented in communicating with, teaching, and building up teenagers but the youth themselves are spectacular to listen to. They are eloquent, passionate, hilarious and relatable, they are teaching me so much about life and giving me such great hope that our future, as a society lies in good hands. This podcast gives great ideas and insights to issues plaguing teens and young people. It would be great to listen to if you are a teenager, but also as a parent of teens. I have found it very informative and helpful.

These kids are leading the fight to end all the stigma associated with mental health. So much respect for them as they put themselves out there to help their peers understand that it’s ok to not have it all figured out and it’s ok to show people you’re not ok.
