Customer Reviews
Useful to both home-buyers & home owners in the Madison-area
Very useful podcast whether you already own a home, are wanting to sell, or are looking to buy (even for the first time).
They also do a good job of being entertaining. And the hosts are professional and use good enough sound recording/editing as to not be distracting (not always the case with local podcasts). The transition to Asher being a full time co-host has gone more smoothly than this kind of change usually goes!
Bonus points for promoting local musicians. It can go a little long, and I'd kill for chapter markers so I could skip past segments that aren't relevant to me, or directly to ones that I might want to share with others, but many podcasts have that issue still.
A must listen for a fascinating market
The Madison area has seen incredible growth over the last 20 years and you learn all about how it continues to grow and evolve, but you also learn so much more. Adam and Ben bring on great, insightful guests and you always learn something new no matter what kind of roof you currently have over your head.
could be better
I’m a property owner and investor in the 608 area. I get very little out of this podcast. There are useful tidbits scattered within, but there is so much useless cutesy fluff that i rarely listen, and when I do it’s only to hear a specific person or segment and I skip forward to that section.
If they cut out all the banter and dumb games this could be a useful podcast, but frankly there’s like 5min out of a 60min episode that’s worth listening to.
