Momo mini love ,

So helpful

This podcast was recommended in an eating disorder Facebook group. My 19 year old daughter has struggled with anorexia and binge eating disorder for 5 years. She is currently in outpatient treatment and I’m trying to educate myself as much as possible on the process. She’s tried intuitive eating before, though I think she wasn’t in a place to make it work for her. She is now matured to a point that she feels ready, and this podcast is perfect for her! I’m listening to it myself and it’s already been a great help to me. My favorite episode so far is #11. Thank you!

TYBP Fan! ,

If you're even *thinking* about wanting to feel better in your own skin, this is your podcast!

I happened across Whitney's IG and it happened to be the first body positive and fat positive account I'd ever heard of. So glad I started listening to her podcast basically at that same time. I listened to all 37 episodes (that exist at this time) in two months. My mind was blown at the beginning and as I kept listening, it helped solidify what I needed to hear while I've been on my journey to heal my own body image issues and my relationship with food. I love that she consistently talks about the intersectionality of all the factors that contribute to issues such as these. I can't recommend this podcast enough!

Ayeeitsurikah ,

Love this pod and Whitney!

I always end an episode having learned something new. I’ve loved learning more about intuitive eating (not just what we think it is from IG models) and about the health at every size movement. I also feel like it’s helped me learn a little about myself too. I love that she isn’t afraid to get real and emotional. Keep doing what you do Whitney!
