Changing how I think

This podcast has helped change my way of thinking. As a user of the actual 15Five product it is interesting to see the concepts and functionality of it relate directly to what they are talking about. 10/10 Recommend

Deleoping you & the company. Win-Win

I have been following 15Five for sometime now. Reading the website, the blogs, etc has been instrumental in confirming what I already know:Most companies are unaware of the actual culture they have & depending on the source, unproductive and unhappy employees cost employers up to $300 billion a year. Every company, no matter your size & scale, needs a performance management platform if you want to encourage learning & growing at your company while helping facilitate continuous communication. Not doing this could put you in serious jeopardy of being part of the $300 billion problem. Getting proactive and placing your people first could help your employees be their best self at work & at home, a win-win. Great to hear David & Shane use such terms as trust, vulnerability, freedom, transparency, dreaming & psychological safety. A company like this sounds too good to be true & that is why it exists, most employees & employers are suffering ‘going out on their own.’ There is a better way. 15Five.
