The Book on Fire Podcast

I can’t rave enough about the way they’ve been discussing The Dawn of Everything. The hosts do a great job of summarizing and pulling apart each chapter, often following sources cited in the book or others. They offer an insightful and nuanced critique of how the authors make their arguments. AFAIK they’re not experts but educated lay people deeply engaged with the work. Makes me want to read another of the books they’ve been discussion. Ad free and many hours of work go into each ep so send them anything you can.

I listen to this while reading Caliban and the Witch. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I have recommended it to so many people. This should be required learning for the United States and the rest of the Global North.
