We talk about the things that affect us and the strategies that we have put in place to try and ensure we stay sane.

    I struggle with silencing the crowd and doing my own thing! Do you too?  In this episode, I talk with my first ever guest Traci Stewart (@tracistew on Instagram) about how she has mastered this! If you know Traci or her sister you will know they play by NOONES rules! We both get super vulnerable about how hard it can be to find yourself and your voice in order to show up the way you want to and not how the crowd wants you to show up.  Disclaimer - first ever guest episode, audio not amazing and my headspace was a bit all over the place but Traci shared some gems!
