One of my favorite podcasts

I have to say that Sarah Smith’s podcast is one of those podcasts you just cannot stop listening to. It is so informational, educational, and helpful but in a straightforward, genuine, honest, no-nonsense way. It’s a podcast spoken out of love. It’s like that auntie you had growing up that said it like it was and didn’t cover up the truth or dumb things down for you. I find this podcast one that I am constantly recommending to friends and some of her podcasts I point back to as turning points in my own life that were the big lightbulbs that came on and showed me I could live differently. This is freaking as good as it gets!
