Baseball for the win! (pun-intended)
Iris and Joey catch up with Danny and Luis, the director of the Amigos Baseball Academy. Nicaragua's national sport has become a bridge in Chinandega for young athletes to pursue sports, and also grow in leadership and spirituality. Listen in and get inspired.
*6/30 - An all star team from the Baseball Academy is in Vero Beach, Florida dominating the RBI worldwide youth tournament. They play in the final, for the championship, tomorrow morning (Sat. 7/1). Cheer them on! -

Changed my life
Having been there doing surgical care for 5 consecutive years was amazing. The first year I was there I was frustrated because there was so much need. I thought if there was so much need what good was the little I was doing. Then I thought if I can help one person get and feel better they then can do more and may be able to help others. I loved every minute of my time there with the amazing Nicaraguan people ant the Amigos team. God bless all of you
