Nico served 13 years in the Australian military, including roughly eight years in the Special Air Service Regiment and three combat deployments to Afghanistan. But some of his biggest battles came after the uniform came off. Nico shares what elite military service taught him about fear, discipline and resilience, the physical and mental challenges he faced after leaving the military, and why strong men still need other strong men around them. Now the Founder and CEO of THE ORDER, Nico is building a brotherhood focused on aligning men with themselves, God and like-minded men while challenging them to live with greater purpose and higher standards.     Today’s guest is Justin Huggett MG. Former Australian infantry soldier with 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment. Fourteen years in uniform. Deployments across East Timor, Solomon Islands, and Afghanistan. Awarded the Medal for Gallantry after leading a counter-attack under heavy Taliban fire, taking control of a chaotic ambush and turning the fight. Since leaving the military, he has stepped into the fight on a different front. Veteran advocacy. Mental health. Calling out the system where it fails soldiers once the uniform comes off.     Harry Moffitt - "I really feel for Fathers at the moment"

    Anthony ‘Harry’ Moffitt recently retired from the Australian Defence Force after almost 30 years, most of which was spent with Australia’s elite Special Air Service (SAS) Regiment as a Team Commander and Team Specialist. He has completed 11 active service deployments, including being wounded in action in 2008. Harry completed his time with the SAS as its Human Performance Manager.  He’s a Registered Psychologist and runs a human performance consultancy working with sports teams, the military and industry.
