    Spiritual Sounds Week 3 | October 18, 2026

In the final week of the Spiritual Sounds series, Pastor Daniel Strosnider turns the focus to your sound. He begins with 1 Samuel 16:23, where David's harp brought relief to a tormented King Saul, and Psalm 22:3, which says God is enthroned upon the praises of His people. Drawing on John 17 & the life of the Trinity, he unpacks a striking idea: God doesn't need our worship to be glorious, and He never forces it, because love doesn't demand its own way. Worship is the free response of a child who knows the Father loves to be among His people. Through 2 Chronicles 20, where Judah's singers marched ahead of the army and God won the battle before they ever saw it, he reminds us that their praise didn't make God powerful. It declared that He already was. The message closes with Habakkuk 3 and a moving testimony of a family who kept worshiping through a frightening diagnosis, along with a charge to the church: "You are carrying a sound that shifts the atmosphere."   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #SpiritualSounds #KingdomChurch #PastorDanielStrosnider #SundaySermon #SermonSeries #Trinity #GodIsWorthy #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #HolySpirit #JesusChrist #Salvation #LivingSacrifice #WorshipLife #DiscipleshipLife #SpiritualGrowth #FaithOverFear #TrustGod #BodyOfChrist #ChurchCommunity #Testimony #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #ChurchOnline #ChurchLife #SundayService #Christianity #Worship

    Spiritual Sounds, Week 2 | October 11, 2026

In week two of his 'Spiritual Sounds' sermon series, Pastor Daniel Strosnider turns to 2 Kings 3:15-20 — where Elisha calls for a musician, and as the harp plays, the hand of the Lord comes upon him — to reveal a profound truth: worship doesn't manipulate God into speaking, it positions us to hear the God who already is speaking. Walking through the sounds of manifestation, deliverance, victory, restoration, and abundance throughout Scripture, Pastor Daniel draws a crucial distinction between noise that is forced to manipulate and sound that is discerned through surrender — because sometimes God has to quiet what is in you before He changes what is around you. Centering on the command to fill a dry valley with ditches, he reminds us that the ditch is never the miracle, the water is: obedience doesn't create God's provision, it creates the capacity to hold it. The message closes with a convicting call away from "puddle worship" that dries up by Tuesday, and toward "well worship" — digging deep enough that when God fills us, there's room for it to stay.   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #SpiritualSounds #KingdomChurch #SundaySermon #SermonSeries #Elisha #Elijah #PropheticWorship #LivingWater #WomanAtTheWell #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #HolySpirit #JesusChrist #Salvation #Baptism #Obedience #Surrender #DiscipleshipLife #SpiritualGrowth #WorshipLife #MoreThanAConqueror #MorgantownWV #WestVirginia #BodyOfChrist #AltarCall #ChurchCommunity #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #ChurchOnline #Christianity #GraceAndTruth

    Spiritual Sounds | October 4, 2026

In the opening message of a new sermon series – Spiritual Sounds – Pastor Daniel Strosnider takes us to 1 Kings 18:41-45, where Elijah declares he hears the sound of the abundance of rain after three and a half years of drought, to reveal that God often prepares His people for what He is about to do through a 'sound' before they ever see it. Walking through the biblical sounds of the shofar, thunder, the mighty wind of Acts 2, and the still small voice; Pastor Daniel unpacks the Hebrew posture of Baruch worship — head below the heart, so the mind can't talk you out of what your spirit already knows — and the faithfulness of a servant who ran seven times before seeing a cloud the size of a man's hand. With raw passion, he reminds us that the small cloud was never the fulfillment, only the evidence that fulfillment had begun, and that sometimes you have to kill the idols in your life before you can hear the rain of God. The message closes with a stirring altar call for anyone in a dry, lonely, or defeated season: "I don't need a word — I just need a sound."   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #SpiritualSounds #KingdomChurch #SundaySermon #Elijah #Shofar #BaruchWorship #StillSmallVoice #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #HolySpirit #JesusChrist #PrayerLife #DiscipleshipLife #SpiritualGrowth #TrustGod #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #ChurchOnline #ChurchLife #SundayService #Christianity #GraceAndTruth

When to Sit and When to Stand | September 27, 2026

In this week's message, Pastor Shawn Smith weaves together two seemingly unrelated biblical moments — Mary sitting at the feet of Jesus in Luke 10 and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego standing before the fiery furnace in Daniel 3 — to reveal one unified truth: the courage to stand is born in the discipline to sit. Filled with honesty and humor, Pastor Shawn confronts the barrier of busyness in our lives, challenging every believer to examine what golden statues the world is asking them to bow to — jobs, fear, approval, distraction — and whether they've spent enough time at Jesus' feet to recognize the moment when it's time to stand. Drawing from Daniel's unwavering commitment to kneel in private so he could stand in public, and the stunning image of the fourth man in the fire, this sermon makes clear that God doesn't just lead us through the fire — He joins us in it, and the only thing that burns is what had us bound. The message closes with a powerful altar call: "Don't be so busy that you miss Jesus, and don't be so afraid that you bow to the world — ask Him to burn what has you bound today."   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #Scripture #HolySpirit #JesusChrist #Salvation #Obedience #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #ChurchOnline #ChurchLife #SundayService #Christianity #GraceAndTruth #BeStillAndKnow #StandForChrist #FreedomInChrist #SpiritualGrowth #DiscipleshipLife #FaithOverFear #KingdomChurch #MorgantownWV #WestVirginia #BodyOfChrist

    Exile & Return | September 20, 2026

In week twelve of 'The Case for Biblical Literacy' series, Pastor Kevin Cain unpacks three profound Hebrew words — Galah (exile), Shuv (return), and Shiqquts Shomem (abomination of desolation) — to reveal that the exile of Israel was never simply about geography, but about the glory of God departing from a people whose hearts had drifted far from Him. Drawing from 1 Samuel 4, Ezekiel 10-11, Daniel, the Olivet Discourse, and Revelation; Pastor Kevin traces the glory of God from its departure through Ichabod, through 400 years of divine silence, all the way to the moment Simeon holds the infant Jesus in the temple. With penetrating clarity & deep pastoral tenderness, this sermon calls every believer to examine what sits on the throne of their soul — reminding us that it is not enough to return to church or routine, because you are only truly back when you are back to Him. The message closes with a beautiful picture of the shepherds in the field, the first to see the glory of God after nearly half a millennium of silence, as an invitation for every person in the room to let the glory of God back in — today.   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #BiblicalLiteracy #GloryOfGod #KingdomChurch #PastorKevinCain #HolySpirit #KingOfGlory #WordOfGod #SpiritualGrowth #BiblicalWorldview #GreatCommission #BodyOfChrist #Revival #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #SundaySermon #ChurchOnline #Christianity

    Israel's Departure From God | September 13, 2026

In week eleven of 'The Case for Biblical Literacy' series, Pastor Kevin Cain delivers a piercing and prophetic message on one of the most overlooked and urgent themes in all of Scripture — syncretism — revealing that Israel never stopped believing in God, but rather began adding God to everything else, and that the same divided heart that split the kingdom of Israel is alive and well in the church today. Drawing from Deuteronomy 17, 1 Kings 11-12, 2 Kings 21, and the stories of Solomon, Rehoboam, Jeroboam, Ahab, and Manasseh; Pastor Kevin traces the slow & catastrophic drift of a people called to be a light to the nations who ended up with high places for false gods — a sobering mirror for any believer living in compromised devotion. With unflinching clarity, he confronts one of the defining questions of the series: "Is it Jesus and everything else, or is it just Jesus?" — reminding us that a divided heart produces a divided kingdom, and that theological division always precedes societal division. The message closes with a communion call and a three-point charge: come out, be one, and shine — because the cloak is torn and the world is waiting for a people who will hold the light undivided.   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #BiblicalLiteracy #Syncretism #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #Idolatry #NewCovenant #SpiritualGrowth #BiblicalWorldview #GreatCommission #KingdomChurch #BodyOfChrist #HolyCommunion #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #SundaySermon #ChurchOnline #Christianity

David: Anointed For Messiah & The Scarlet Thread of Redemption | September 6, 2026

In week ten of The Case for Biblical Literacy series, Pastor Kevin Cain delivers one of the most sweeping and awe-inspiring messages of the entire series — tracing the scarlet thread of redemptionthrough Scripture from Genesis 49 to Revelation 22, under the themes of Scepter, Oil, House, Stump, and Throne. Drawing from Jacob's blessing over Judah, the Davidic Covenant in 2 Samuel 7, the prophecies of Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel, and Gabriel's announcement to Mary in Luke 1; Pastor Kevin reveals that the same prophecy spoken over David by Nathan the prophet was spoken word-for-word over a teenage Mary more than a thousand years later — because Jesus is not a nationalistic king. He is the eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords who fulfills every promise God ever made. With stunning stops along the way at Tamar, Rahab, and Ruth — three women in Jesus' genealogy whose stories remind us that God uses the broken, the outsider, and the outcast to bring redemption to all peoples on earth — this sermon makes an irresistible case that the Bible is not 3,000 disconnected stories, but one unbreakable story of God building His house through us. The message closes with a piercing communion call: "The scepter has found its king, the oil has found its Messiah, the throne isn't empty — who sits on the throne of your heart?"   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #Messiah #KingOfKings #LordOfLords #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #Prophecy #GreatCommission #AllPeoplesOnEarth #KingdomChurch #BodyOfChrist #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #SundaySermon #ChurchOnline #Christianity

    Beyond The Whale | August 30, 2026

In this week's message, Pastor James Sabin delivers a sweeping & deeply personal examination of the book of Jonah — unpacking how this book of 48 verses is not primarily about a big fish, but about a prophet who had God's Word without God's heart, and how his story is a foreshadowing of Jesus — the better Jonah — who heard the Father's call and ran toward it rather than away. Drawing from all four chapters of Jonah, Hebrews 12, Matthew 28, and the road to Emmaus in Luke 24; Pastor James challenges every believer — young & old — to examine what keeps them from sharing the gospel: fear of being thought weird, fear of having the wrong answers, or simply a heart that has grown cold to the people God is calling us to cry over. With a piercing question drawn straight from Jonah 4 — "Who do you cry for — your vine, or the people around you?" — this sermon declares that God requires faithfulness, not feelings, and that the great fish in our own lives is never judgment, but rescue. The message closes with a beautiful reminder that wherever you find yourself in the darkness right now, it is not the end of your calling — sometimes it's just the beginning.   For more information, visit our website: www.kingdomemc.com.   #Jonah #BookOfJonah #Nineveh #GreatCommission #Evangelism #WordOfGod #BibleStudy #Messiah #Repentance #Salvation #HolySpirit #YouthMinistry #KingdomChurch #MorgantownWV #WestVirginia #BodyOfChrist #MakeDisciples #Christian #Jesus #Faith #Church #Bible #Gospel #Sermon #ChurchOnline #Christianity
