    In this week's episode, this student discusses with Ishan the rocky road of recovering from her first suicide attempt. Tips include skateboarding, guitar duets with your friends, ice cream, and dogs!

    This week's story begins at an early age, and this student details the combination of therapy, medication, and community that helped him. His struggles led to the creation of an organization that links those struggling with mental health and shows them that they are not alone.
