    Why We Make Bad Choices & How to Change Them

    In this episode, Angela and I discuss choices, mostly when it comes to unhealthy habits. By no means have I perfected this, however, it's helpful to talk through it with someone.  Angela feels it's more about being rebellious, no one is going to tell her what to do. For myself, it's self-betrayal and ingrained belief systems.     Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway

    Today, I have a co-host. I have asked Angela Lawson back to the No Regrets Podcast with Kate to talk about FEAR.  "Fear IS the disease" says, Shaman Isabella Stoloff in her live video recording dated March 13, 2020.  Recorded on March 9, 2020 with the full moon in Virgo, Angela talks a little about what this full moon means. She says it is in part being a service to others. With the current situation of the Coronavirus and how everyone is talking about being kind to others, this is our opportunity to do so…being kind to one another and be of service.     Heart & Liver Transplant Recipient Rachel Sullivan

    February is heart month and in this episode, I speak with Rachel Sullivan who recently underwent a heart AND liver transplant. I'm simply in awe of her, not only for her speedy recovery but her attitude.  Both Rachel and I have a congenital heart disease. We share our experiences and our belief in miracles, divine intervention  and everything happening for a reason.  In honor of heart month, the Adult Congenital Heart Association has a goal of raising $100,000 in their 2020 Heart Challenge. The Meil Family Foundation will match 50% of every donation of $25 or more that is made to ACHA in February. Donations will be matched up to the first $50,000 raised.     Military Spouse, Housewife & Chakradance Facilitator Angela Lawson

    Angela may be a rare-breed in this day and age. She loves being a "nester", a housewife and a mom. For her there is comfort in having a foundation after being a flight attendant before meeting her husband.  When it comes to making plans, she has always gone by the seat of her pants and trusts what her heart and gut tell her. But when she started drinking more and feeling depressed knowing she wasn't living her purpose when she "should" be feeling grateful for a wonderful job and living in retirement with her husband on the Big Island of Hawaii, she asked for a sign and you won't believe what happened! Angela discusses how her & her husband were an "anomaly" in military life because of her spiritual path. Angela is a reiki healer and recently became a facilitator for chakradance and is practicing pranic healing.

    Deborah Shea: Fitness Competitor to Spiritual Healer & Teacher

    Today, Deborah Shea is a spiritual healer, teacher of ancient wisdom, psychic medium and channel. She has been instrumental in assisting me in my own journey to heal my emotional trauma through energy healing and intuitive counseling.   In this episode, Deborah opens up about her journey with: the trauma she experienced as a child how she was able to "check-out" and hide from the abuse and bullying how she found herself as a national level fitness competitor and a young woman in business how being in business caused her to "live dead even though she made a lot of money" and how she lost everything!  I invite you to listen to her story with an open mind. She's a fantastic healer not only because of her education but because of her life experience.
