    #29 - Interview with Stress Management Coach Rakel Sosa

    Rakel had a happy encounter with a group of Monks at an early age while they were visiting her birthplace of Caracas in Venezuela and from there, her journey only grew and made her the successful coach she is today. A graduate in Communication in the renowned Sorbonne Univerisity in Paris, Rakel went on to a career in journalism in many different countries, including very stressful situations like reporting terrorist attacks in New York and London, the political situation in the Gaza Strip and child slavery in Central and South America, until she landed in Germany and started doing coaching full-time. In this interview, she shares her story with us and gives a taste of a breathing exercise you can use to reduce stress. Recorded on Saturday, 2nd of March 2020.

    Maria and Josh met in Cambodia and realized they had something uncommon 'in common': the sheer amount of countries they've lived in. They are not simple travelers, they were born and raised 'on the road' and studied, worked and integrated to the culture in many different countries across 4 continents and now they took a break in the modest town of Lueneburg in the northwest of Germany, but don't be fooled, they are not thinking about settling just yet.

    #25 - Magda Mazloum and her amazing journey from Syria to Lybia, Tunisia, Poland and Germany

    Vini and Maria interviewed a Syrian national that has one of the most interesting and inspiring stories you've heard in this podcast so far. Through sheer determination, Magda made her life in Poland but now lives in Germany, but this is only a tiny piece of her journey. Throughout the years, she moved a whopping 44 times and learned Polish from scratch while studying in the language. A truly impressive journey.

    4 years ago Felix embarked on an adventure to improve his English and experience the New Zealander culture, however, he was destined to land in Australia a couple of years later, where he resides now. In his adventures, he encountered much more than he bargained for and had a great time, except for the latest bush fires in the country, as he gives us a local perspective of how was the experience.
