PR Girl Rants with Regan Farley

You know you are making moves when someone reaches out to you and asked you to be their mentor.  That is how I met Regan Farley!  When I met her, I could see the fire and I knew she was going to be doing big things in this industry.

Regan Farley has created a blueprint to effectively disrupt the public relations industry by its traditional standards.  Regan worked with companies such as Fox Broadcasting Company, NBCUniversal, Def Jam Records, CBS Television, and more. She’s wrangled talent for red carpet events such as NAACP Image Awards, BET Hip-Hop Awards, and more.  As a digital content strategist, Regan provides strategy content for herself and clients through her company Intel Media Group.  Intel Media Group (IMG) was established to elevate both traditional and new media footprints of individuals, businesses, and brands across the country.  IMG clients have appeared on nationally recognized media platforms shows BET, Black Enterprise, Hot 97, Breakfast Club, VH1, Fast Company, and much more.

Join us as we rant about:

Regan's journey exploring what she didn't want to do which led her to what she DID want to do
How her college experience gave her the first taste of working in public relations
Regan believing she is in the service business
Why she says her medical diagnosis and car accident was a rebirth
How she began getting clients when she was ready to create her own business
Becoming a united front in the PR Industry with her business partner
    Traditional vs. new media

PR Girl Rants! with Tahajah Samuels

So, let's all be real right now. We've all wanted to be singers at one point in our lives, right? That's also what today's guest Tahajah Samuels wished to be for a very long period in her life. However, things took a turn for the better now that she is a dynamic Publicity and Digital Marketing professional with an entertainment/film focus based in the New York City area.

Join us in this week's conversation with Tahajah as she pursued PR by chance, given that she went into journalism just because she wanted to be in the music industry.

Join us as we rant about:

How Tahajah got to where she is now
The moment PR found her, even though she wasn't looking for it
What led her to digital publicity (which let me tell you folks, is not easy)
Everything she learned in corporate business and all of the professional challenges along the way

Every Business Owner Should Hear This

Even though I don’t work in PR, I did learn a lot about different takes on branding and working with ideal clients. A must listen for anyone with a brand or business!

Awesome! Great info & insights

I loved the episode with the husband & wife business partners. It was great to get insight on how PR works with branding and marketing and the importance of clients knowing their product/service before seeking PR. As a marketing professional this was super insightful in bringing it all together, and hearing about how this power couple tackles business and relationship. Great interview!
