    I interview Sally Mander from Aspire physio on all things postpartum when it comes to getting your body back to strength. From running and squats through to mum guilt and wetting yourself. As always, we share our honest experiences and knowledge to help mums find the best options for their health. What's covered in this episode: How soon after giving birth can you exercise? What's the reason for a 6 week sign off to start exercise again and is it necessary. What's 'normal'? What is the best exercise to start with after having a baby?
