    This is the 2nd episode of our Holistic Wellness Series where I bring my husband, Asad, on to the podcast with me to discuss what we're all discussing in our homes right now, the coronavirus! In this episode, we talk about the irrational decisions people are making, the lack of logic, lack of emergency preparedness, the benefits of living in a rural area with off-grid capabilities, and what we have holistically implemented in our home.  In this episode, I mention SA Company as the provider of the face masks we've been using for the last 3 years.     We've all witnessed the state of American society when it comes to mental wellness in America but how much are we talking about the healing of it? In Episode 4 of the Rising from Darkness Podcast, we will talk about some of the ways American society has disconnected us from our roots and our indigenous cultures and how that has developed into the current state of our mental wellness as a community.
