    Why Taking a Chance on Yourself Matters | Top Host 2026

    Every contestant brings a story you won’t find on a leaderboard. This is mine. I’m Antonio Saillant, a Top Host 2026 contender, engineer, filmmaker, producer, and podcast host. In this video, I share why I entered this competition, what it means to me, and why I respect anyone willing to put themselves out there and pursue an opportunity. My journey includes energy conservation work, years shadowing my mentor Ted Kotcheff on Law & Order: SVU, and learning from Sydney Pollack. It also includes caring for my sister, who had HIV, and my parents, who lived with Alzheimer’s. Those experiences shaped how I listen, connect, and understand what people carry behind their public lives. The opportunity to host an iHeartRadio-produced podcast matters to me because I want to bring that experience, curiosity, humor, and heart to meaningful conversations. The Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s work creating media studios in children’s hospitals gives this competition an additional purpose that touches me deeply. Competing takes courage.     Digger Movie Review: Tom Cruise Delivers an Incredible Transformation

    Tom Cruise delivers one of the most fascinating transformations of his career in Digger, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu. In this movie review, I’m focusing on what impressed me the most: Tom Cruise’s performance. We all know Cruise from Mission: Impossible, Top Gun, Collateral, Born on the Fourth of July and so many other unforgettable films, but Digger allows us to see a very different side of him as an actor. The makeup and physical transformation immediately get your attention, but look beyond that. Watch his facial expressions, body language, voice, movement and the choices he makes as an actor. There were moments when I knew I was watching Tom Cruise, but I stopped seeing the movie star and started seeing the character. That is what impressed me. In an era when Cruise is often associated with massive action sequences and extraordinary stunts, Digger is a reminder that underneath all of that is an actor who can completely commit himself to a character.
