    Detoxing From The Digital World

    The digital age has a lot to answer for. 

    Of course there are some huge benefits but increasingly we’re seeing the negative impact of advancing technology on society.




    Although technology was designed to bring us closer together and ensure we have information at our fingertips, it seems to have created more division and disconnection - to ourselves, others and the world around us. 




    It’s built a false world where we can escape reality and therefore - we believe it’s never been more important we become aware of our usage and take responsibility for taking a digital detox.
