Focusing on the mercy, love and grace God offers. We all screw up and fall short. To often we run from God instead of running to him. He wants us to come to him as we are, flaws and all. He wants us to come to him in our brokenness, hurt, pain, suffering and mistakes. If we hide from him during these times, then we are missing the point of the gospels. Soli Deo Gloria!

And not realizing the blessings and opportunities I missed because of my own unforgiveness. When we need God the most is when we are at our worst. When we feel the shame and embarrassment of our sins and choices we have made in life, that’s when we need God the most. We get tired from carrying burdens we were not meant to carry.
