He is chairman of Just Climate and Social Finance UK and co-chair of the World Resources Institute and on the board of On the Edge Conservation. He is also a life trustee of Hamilton College. He received a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He is a Trustee of the Princeton Area Community Foundation, Rita Allen Foundation and Rutgers Preparatory School. Before shifting his focus to investing, Andy was a professional photographer. Andrew earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Duke University and an M.P.P.M. from the Yale School of Management.

Grande holds a Master's Degree in International Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and ESADE in Barcelona. He also has an MBA in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
