    Compassion Fatigue

    On this episode we talk about the thing that made us take a break from recording, burnout and compassion fatigue. We take a moment away from the history and address a larger issue in both of our chosen careers and we offer up some stories and thoughts on how to combat compassion fatigue, burnout and depression caused from working in such a profession.     Anxiety

    Today we talk about a variety of animal mental health issues in the veterinary field including depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety. We spend most of our time on anxiety and talk a little about the how we have looked at animal mental health over the last few decades.
