    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Suzanne Miglucci.  Suzanne has a 20-plus year track record of leadership successes across publicly traded and privately held technology, retail, and e-commerce companies. Suzanne’s professional background is strongly rooted in bringing new technologies to market, driving product development, re-branding organizations, and transforming business models to realize greatest revenue potential and shareholder value. Suzanne currently serves NACD’s Research Triangle Chapter as Chair and Board Director where she supports the Chapter’s community with educational programs focused on exceptional corporate governance. Drawing from her prior experiences as CEO and Chief Marketing Officer, Suzanne also provides board-readiness and executive coaching services to C-suite leaders. Suzanne served as President & Chair of OnBoardNC from 2021-2024. Suzanne recently served as independent board director for private equity-backed technology firm, Terra Dotta, where she assisted this software leader in the international education and travel risk sector in navigating a changing market landscape. Suzanne also served as Board Director, President & CEO for Charles & Colvard from 2015-June 2020.  Before joining Charles & Colvard, Ms. Miglucci served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Services, Product Management and Sales Operations at ChannelAdvisor, a SaaS multi-channel e-commerce solution provider that she helped prepare for an IPO in 2013.     Women Governance Trailblazers - Jen Sission

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Jen Sisson.  Jen is the CEO of the International Corporate Governance Network, otherwise known as ICGN. Led by investors responsible for assets worth over $US 90 trillion, ICGN advances the highest standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship worldwide in pursuit of long-term value creation. Jen represents ICGN on the Japanese Financial Services Agency’s Council of Experts and on the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators stakeholder working group. Jen joined ICGN from Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she was Head of Stewardship for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing voting, engagement, and industry collaboration activities in the region. Previously she led policy outreach for the UK Financial Reporting Council, on ESG, audit and reporting matters including the creation of the 2020 UK Stewardship Code and the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code. Jen started her career at PwC. Jen holds a BA in Business, Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.     Women Governance Trailblazers - Wei Chen

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Wei Chen. Wei is the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Regulatory Strategy at Infoblox, a network and security company headquartered in California. At Infoblox, Wei is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and governance functions as well as government affairs. She also started Infoblox's AI program two years ago driving education, enablement and responsible adoption of AI. Wei has over 25 years of experience in the legal, governance and compliance field, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Strategic Transactions at Salesforce, Assistant GC at Sun Microsystems and spent time in Big Law at a couple of our favorite firms. In 2000, before AI was popular, Wei founded The Atticus Project, a non-profit dedicated to driving AI performance, education, and opportunity in the legal space. Wei is the course creator and instructor of two AI courses: Generative AI for the Legal Profession with Berkeley Law Executive Education and AI Strategy for Legal Leaders with Stanford Law Executive Education. Wei also co-authored  academic papers that were published by leading AI conferences such as  (nerups) NeuIPs and ACL. Wei also has a weekly blog on AI on substack called Fairly AI, so check it out.     Women Governance Trailblazers - Cindie Jamison

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Cindie Jamison. Cindie has served as Chair of the Board of Darden Restaurants since 2023. She also serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at ODP Corp -- which our listeners might know by its former name, Office Depot. She joined the Board of IFF, Inc (otherwise known as International Flavors and Fragrances) in January of 2025 and assumed the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee in May 2025. Over the past 20+ years, she’s served in board leadership roles at a number of public companies.  Prior to her full-time Board service, Cindie had an executive career as a “Crisis CFO”. In that capacity, she served as a partner with Tatum, LLP from June 1999 through May 2009, during which time she held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner. She has been the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of several publicly and privately held companies and held many executive leadership positions. Cindie recently completed a four-year term as a member of FASAC, the advisory board to the FASB. In addition, she is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and was awarded the “Top 100 Director” honor in 2017. Dottie is Executive Director of Diligent Institute, the corporate governance research and programs arm of Diligent - the leading AI-powered provider of secure board communication and governance, risk and compliance software. She co-authored the book, “Governance in the Digital Age: A Guide for the Modern Corporate Board Director,” co-hosts, “The Corporate Director Podcast,” and co-created Diligent’s certification programs for directors, including AI Ethics & Board Oversight. Dottie was a founding team member of the tech start-up BoardEffect, acquired by Diligent in 2016. Currently, Dottie serves on the boards of the Foundation for Delaware County and the Pennsylvania School Safety Institute (PennSSI). She is a guest lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Business Executive Education program and a fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar for Corporate Governance.
