    Women Governance Trailblazers - Wei Chen

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Wei Chen. Wei is the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Regulatory Strategy at Infoblox, a network and security company headquartered in California. At Infoblox, Wei is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and governance functions as well as government affairs. She also started Infoblox's AI program two years ago driving education, enablement and responsible adoption of AI. Wei has over 25 years of experience in the legal, governance and compliance field, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Strategic Transactions at Salesforce, Assistant GC at Sun Microsystems and spent time in Big Law at a couple of our favorite firms. In 2000, before AI was popular, Wei founded The Atticus Project, a non-profit dedicated to driving AI performance, education, and opportunity in the legal space. Wei is the course creator and instructor of two AI courses: Generative AI for the Legal Profession with Berkeley Law Executive Education and AI Strategy for Legal Leaders with Stanford Law Executive Education. Wei also co-authored  academic papers that were published by leading AI conferences such as  (nerups) NeuIPs and ACL. Wei also has a weekly blog on AI on substack called Fairly AI, so check it out.     Women Governance Trailblazers - Cindie Jamison

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Cindie Jamison. Cindie has served as Chair of the Board of Darden Restaurants since 2023. She also serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at ODP Corp -- which our listeners might know by its former name, Office Depot. She joined the Board of IFF, Inc (otherwise known as International Flavors and Fragrances) in January of 2025 and assumed the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee in May 2025. Over the past 20+ years, she’s served in board leadership roles at a number of public companies.  Prior to her full-time Board service, Cindie had an executive career as a “Crisis CFO”. In that capacity, she served as a partner with Tatum, LLP from June 1999 through May 2009, during which time she held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner. She has been the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of several publicly and privately held companies and held many executive leadership positions. Cindie recently completed a four-year term as a member of FASAC, the advisory board to the FASB. In addition, she is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and was awarded the “Top 100 Director” honor in 2017.     Women Governance Trailblazers - Eun Ah Choi

    In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Eun Ah Choi. Eun Ah serves as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Regulatory Operations at Nasdaq. She manages the U.S. and European Listing Qualifications and Trading Surveillance teams, where she supports the goals of facilitating capital formation, maintaining fair and orderly markets, and protecting investors. Among other responsibilities, she manages multi-disciplinary teams responsible for assessing the qualification of listed companies and their continued compliance with Nasdaq’s listing standards.  Prior to joining Nasdaq, Eun Ah advised business leaders and boards in her roles as in-house counsel at Willis Towers Watson and Northrop Grumman. In these roles, she was also responsible for leading complex projects and managing legal matters related to domestic and international M&A, antitrust, venture capital and strategic alliances. Eun Ah has also served as a senior executive at the Securities and Exchange Commission. During her tenure, she managed and significantly expanded a new office mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act that performed examinations, risk monitoring and data analytics related to the asset management industry. Prior to joining the SEC, Eun Ah was a partner at Hogan Lovells, and she started her career on Wall Street as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
