I am a woman who is entering the “peri” zone of my life, and I looked to Foodtrainers to help me clean up my act. Some of the things that I used to be able to get away with I no longer can, and food trainers helps you find so many helpful ways to be healthier! I don’t live in NYC, but there’s so generous with helping other people who don’t have access to their office.
