    It used to give me the shakes to hear the word “ motivation “ yikes ! I learned after lots of life that motivation is key to healing and retraining your focus to do more for yourself .

    PURPOSE !

    purpose shows us about our needs , if something makes you feel on your toes , makes you conflicted ? It’s not for you love . Purpose takes you away , to lead you to the work it needs you to do . We aren’t instant , we need experiences to show us what we are made for , what’s your message in your purpose ?
