    My Hiatus, Welcome Back

    Sometimes life happens causing us to be introspective and alter our views of reality, showing us a new perspective that we once resisted, but actually feeds our needs. I discuss Divine Intervention, spirituality, our needs and how they get taken care of for us and by the unseen- even something we misunderstood- when we slow down, notice the opportunities being presented to us, and are open to those possibilities.     Halloween 2021

    Halloween is my most favorite time of year. This year we encountered a warm fall day, able to accommodate trick or treating without being too cold. I reminisce a bit in the episode of my childhood Halloween memories and of Uncle Sam's Penny Candy Store, with its owners who opened the doors for me into consulting.. ;) edit: those candies came in little coffins I believe. The garbage cans came with similar tasting candies, but were shaped like trash- fish bones and other throw away-type things. Enjoy some normalcy as we wind down another season of an altered world...     Back to the Basics

    Life can get pretty chaotic and seem nearly out of control at times. What do we do when this happens? When we feel pulled in different directions at once? When calls are coming through and demands keep getting placed on us and we feel like its starting to become unmanageable- doesnt matter with what, doesnt matter from what- could be family, friends, work commitments, home life tasks, our healthcare concerns... the list goes on. What can we do to get back on track? How can we refocus and make this something we can feel some semblance of regularity with? It's simple. Get back to the basics. In this episode I discuss some basics of naturopathic medicine that can be used quickly, regularly and right now- to help bring you back to a state of being.

    Welcome Back Season 3 Rosecrucian Life Cycles

    The Rosicrucian Order recognizes cycles through life including the 7 cycle annual period that starts with the birth cycle, and switches cycles every 52 days, ending the year with the seventh cycle- the last 52 days up to your birthday. For my podcast, its 7th cycle has been the past few weeks where I have been silent, not producing an episode. Listen as I explain some of the exciting things I've been doing lately as well as get an understanding of who's Leah, what anything has to do with ISTA and why any of it has anything to do with the death cycle.     Perspectives: We Each Have One, What's Yours?

    The only way we can see anything is from our own unique perspective, which oftentimes doesn't actually see what's right in front of us, but rather, is overshadowed by our past, our beliefs and our insecurities trying to keep us safe. When we are able to step outside of ourselves, and view things from someone else's perspective, truly seeing the world through their eyes, we can broaden our capacity for empathy, open our awareness and expand our ability to understand another. Having the potential to do this also shows that if we aren't happy with our present, or have difficulties overcoming our past, all we need to do is gain a new perspective on it, ourselves, and our dreams and we can change our lives.
