    Today on Reclaiming Grace I speak on the moment of crisis we are in with COVID-19 and if we are using this moment to truly get in touch with the work of God and the heart of God. In this episode I reference a series on Netflix called Messiah and the moving scene that depicted the "messenger of God" speaking to people in DC and the Palestinian boy trying to cross of into Israel. I ask all of you to bravely see yourself in your neighbor and dig deep to remove hatred, indifference, racism and bigotry so we can reflect Christ during and after this moment of crisis.

This episode is full of education and much needed perspective from different faiths and honest dialogue about how we have faced challenges and challenge ourselves to see human dignity in everyone and fight for everyone no matter what community they come from or identify with.

    Reclaiming Grace: The Rebuild/ Episode 1 is my introductory message as an African American woman from the Evangelical Church who has began questioning the intentions of "The Church" and delivering the true gospel of Christ to the world. It is a snap shot into my journey of leaving the institution of religion and placing my faith and heart for healing to good use on the front lines of our generations Social Justice Movement. In this first episode, I also ask and look into whether we have lost sight of The Gospel and the work that Christ truly did and how it measures up to the humanitarian and social crisis of today.
