Best Podcast EVER!
They say, ‘what you seek is seeking you.’ That is true with me finding ‘mentalhealthremix’ page on Instagram first then following the podcast link. I’m an Elementary educator and know how crucial it is to talk about our ‘mental health’ and normalize open discussion on ‘how we feel.’ In my opinion, this podcast should blow up on the internet. It has such crucial information that we all need on daily basis to stay grounded and do our best with the positive tools we have and know that it is ok to be not ok.
Moreover, this podcast is an enhancer to our mental health or rather a remedy to make you feel good about yourself. This podcast has helped me understand my own emotions better and help others around me who are going through hard times in life. Thank you Nicole for doing such an amazing work and reaching millions of people who are listening to your soft, calm, reassuring voice that generates peace and happy emotions. Thank you for putting bright light on the most difficult topics that we usually don’t discuss with others. I highly recommend this podcast to everyone; it is like a supplement to mental health and happiness. ❤️🌻🙂
