Very informative

As an avid triathlete (albeit an older one), and avid podcast listener, I found this shows to be tremendously helpful. The wealth of knowledge between the two house is incredible. I particularly like how they are up to date on cutting edge techniques, but also provide personal perspectives on each topic. I will soon embark on the RunForm journey and can’t wait to see the results.
