The Fundamentals: How to Skyrocket Your Energy (Ep. 30)

The Fundamentals: How to Skyrocket Your Energy (Ep. 30)

When it comes to becoming a better engineer, we often think that we need to become smarter and learn more technical information to improve.  And while there’s some truth to this, there is much more to the picture.

In fact, one way that we can enhance our abilities as an engineer is to enhance our energy.  Imagine if you had the capacity of a ferrari, but only got the performance of a camry.  No offense to the camry, but that’s not very efficient.  This podcast is about how we can get better results by increasing our efficiency and tapping into the ferrari like capacity that we have, but aren’t necessarily utilizing.

This episode is all about the fundamentals.  These are the simple, yet not easy, habits of health that you can begin implementing to develop higher energy, better focus, stronger productivity, and greater happiness.  They are the key actions you can take to sleep, eat, and move in more effective ways to become a better you!

TammySmith ,

Very practical tools and tips! Love it!

Hi Dylan! I am not an engineer but I love your podcast. I found myself related to engineer mind because I have logical mind and always analyst things even I am a woman. The first episode I listened to was How to Have Great Conversations and I did take away lots of very practical mindset/tools and tips. I would definitely listen to it multiple times and practice with those useful tools, add them in daily conversations. If you are wondering how I found you, I found you on Dr. Aziz most recent episode of his podcast called A Confidence Transformation Journey. You sound very genuine and confident so I followed you here. Thank you so much for putting so much effort on creating these podcasts, look forward to hearing more! BTW, I like your voice too:)
