Awalnya cukup excited ketemu podcast hukum Indonesia, sebagai org bank gw emang punya interest ke hukum2 perusahaan, langsung deh cobain dengerin episode soal merk karena debitur gw emg sering kena masalah soal merk.....ternyata ngomongnya ngalor-ngidul, bukannya dapet informasi dari professional malah seperti dengerin sekelompok temen ngobrol. ga ada yg pegang data, cost buat pendaftaran merk aja ga inget....berhenti dengerin waktu membahas sengketa merk superman dan salah satu hostnya bilang “gua udah ga ngikutin berita lagi”, um, hello? It’s your job?
I’ve listened to podcasts that talk about //movies// that are more well-researched and prepared than this. Wasn’t expecting free legal advice, but it would help if everyone actually prepared their topics. If you all want this to take off, my advice would be to treat this more like a professional Focus Group Discussion rather than Bros Hanging Out With Each Other Talking About Nothing.
