How can I describe this podcast if it doesn't exist yet?     Are you spending enough time in solitude?

    It seems like spending time alone without input from other minds is essential for us. I feel like reading "Digital Minimalism" from Cal Newport is totally going to change my life. If you use your smartphone like most people and check it more than 30 times every day and you have the feeling it is impacting your life in a negative way, read this book!     The last 9 months

    Everything is energy... Really? Or is that just esoteric New Age shit?

    What is energy? I explain it from the perspective of physics. What is everything made out of? It might be basic stuff for some of you but I wanted to explain it here so I can dive deeper into the topic in the upcoming episodes.  We'll discuss questions like "If everything IS energy, then what does that mean for us?" (HINT: Our thoughts create electromagnetic fields.) I recorded this episode in a live stream on facebook. Before I pressed record I share that I would go on a small retreat here in Stuttgart on the day of the recording. I say a few sentences about that at the end of the podcast. I wanted to mention that here, just so you don't get too confused.^^
