In Episode 4: Equity Pods, Change Talk interviews Pecos, a Bridges to Change leader and member of the Purple Owls equity pod about his experience navigating diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Pecos helps us understand how defensiveness can shut down important conversations, and helps us identify ways we can gain awareness in the critical process of learning about equity and inclusion.
