    3 Ways To Increase Your Focus & Productivity Manage Your Time Take distractions off the table - literally Get rid of the pings, dings and notifications and get a clock that isn’t your phone. Set an alarm between 60-90 minutes to effectively lock into a flow state to lock in. If you don’t have a planner already outlining your day, get one! The One I Use Manage Your Attention “What we think about we bring about” We have 20,000 opportunities a day to be psychologically present. Give yourself less items and options to focus on by Decluttering Cleaning your dojo Practice minimalism Manage Your Direction Continual growth and education is a must Whether this is educating yourself on how you think Or the area that you operate in and serve from, We must be growing and advancing bit by bit each day. The best way I do this is by reading at least 20 pages or 20 minutes per day. The average nonfiction book is between 300-350 pages. With this practice I am able to read at minimum 24 books per year. I am able to learn more, do more and serve at higher levels.     31. Your Roadmap To Success | Destination, Direction and Drive

    Success is different for everybody. How they view it, what it actually looks like and how they define it. There are too many people walking the earth today that if asked “have you obtained success in your life?” Their answer is no! I myself would have replied the exact same way only a few short years ago, and still to this day my answer would be “almost there.” The difference today is that I have a roadmap of how to reach success. Not much different from a road trip that you would take with friends or family, your trip to obtaining success requires much of the same fundamentals and principles as taking a road trip. I heard Trent Shelton speaking about his “three D’s” within his roadmap to success and I had never heard anyone simplify it in this way before. A light went off and I thought that if I needed to hear it, that others did as well.
