Lost 150 lbs after surgery. Success and Weight Loss Martin Goldsmith with Chris and Lee

Lost 150 lbs after surgery. Success and Weight Loss Martin Goldsmith with Chris and Lee. https://youtu.be/tn4vhcXmRVQ _http://www.chrisandlee.com/podcast/Lose150lbs_Martin.mp3 Thank you for stopping by! My name is Martin Goldsmith, a licensed California real estate agent in Rancho Cucamonga! Rancho Cucamonga has been my home and office for nearly a decade and pride myself in the care and diligence of providing Rancho Cucamonga residents the dream of Home ownership! Lets talk about walking into this Pod Cast! WOW, what and exciting and nerve racking experience discussing my weight loss journey on the air! So truths to this: 2009 I had a Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass surgery which caused me to have emergency surgery to correct an adhesion. This surgery caused peritonitis which landed me in the ICU for over a week while I recovered. The next year and half I saw my weight melt away, but I kept challenging myself to eat more, meanwhile I wasn’t active. Unfortunately without the commitment I have today I slowly gained all the weight back. I was miserable! Unhappy in my own skin, I found myself self implosive and divorced a couple of years later. Post divorce I found myself through meditation and commitment to personal health and wellness! Im hitting the gym 6-7 days a week, on a strict diet regimen and continue to maintain! My lowest weight was an unhealthy 185lbs with no muscle tone. Today Im just about 200lbs in peak physical and mental shape! Yes, there was a point of 150lbs of weight loss! I started my fitness transformation at a 33% body fat percentage where currently I maintain 18%. You can find me gym ratting around Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding cities as I always have a gym bag wherever I go! If you would like information on Rancho Cucamonga real estate or more so a plan to get your health and fitness in peak state, Id love to be an asset to help you! Check out my reviews from my past clients:   Andrew said: Martin is the most dedicated agent i’ve ever used. This is the 4th transaction that he has helped me with and I can’t see myself trying another agent. He is definitely a real estate PROFESSIONAL!   Adrian said: Mr Goldsmith was very diligent and helpful and very polite. Was through and very professional. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell there home.   Alanna said: Martin made our experience of selling our first home so easy! He went above and beyond in every way. He was always available to answer any questions we had. He truly is an expert in what he does, and a joy to work with.   Jennifer said: Martin has been a tremendous help as I remodeled this home. He had many great suggestions to increase the market value. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a brilliant realtor   Gary said: Martin Goldsmith perfectly knows the market, what buyers are looking for, and how to deal with them. Materials to advertise the property were great. Aside from that, he took the time and effort to help set the property at the right price point to attract buyers and ensure I got the price I was looking for. I must say that he takes time to really get to know his clients as well, so he could really meet their needs. Martin was instrumental in making sure the selling process went seamlessly. He made sure that the current tenant was out by the due date which was no easy feat. He also gave great advice and made sure I maximized my profit when working with vendors and counteroffers regarding repairs, escrow fees, etc. Martin is truly a gem! Omar and Irene said: First time buyers. Martin made everything clear from day one. Always there to answer any questions we had throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone to go the extra mile and out of his way Martin is your man. Thanks Martin.   Gabriel and Stacey said: I purchase my home 4 years ago this month. At this point I am working with my 3rd and final Realator Martin Goldsmith. The first two here highly recommended but I simply felt like a number to them. I was put on a MLS listing and told to check it out and let me know what you think. By the time I  started working with Martin was expecting the same thing but I was wrong. Martin was very professional and dedicated to making sure I found what I wanted. Not only was Martin knowledgeable about the market but he was quick to get your questions answered which is important when 70% of the market was cash offers. Needles to say we closed escrow in 28days with Martin assisting me every step of the way. Today Martin has made sure to keep in touch which as been very helpful because he continues to help me when I have questions about the market. Thank you Martin -Gabriel and Stacey   Sara said: Martin was so awesome to work with!!
