Come Back to You: Rediscovering Yourself After Life Happens

When did you stop feeling like yourself? Not when you stopped functioning. Because some of us have gotten REAL good at functioning through just about anything. We work. We serve. We take care of families. We handle responsibilities. We show up for everybody. But somewhere along the way, we look up and wonder: "Wait a minute… where am I in all of this?" Baby, come here. We needa have a lil heart-to-heart. 💙 In this episode of Hear My Heart: Just a Lil Heart-to-Heart, Coach Tiffany Rochelle invites you to pull up a chair for a conversation about finding your way back to yourself. Because sometimes you don't need to reinvent yourself. Sometimes you need to get reacquainted with the person who's been underneath all the surviving, serving, adapting, pleasing, and carrying. We're talking about how people can lose themselves a little at a time, why survival skills aren't always life skills, and how to reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried under responsibilities and expectations. And we're going to Luke 15:17, where the prodigal son "came to himself." What if your next season doesn't begin with becoming somebody new? What if it begins with remembering who God created you to be? Now, don't misunderstand me. Coming back to yourself doesn't mean returning to unhealthy habits, old relationships, or things you've already grown beyond. We're not going backward, beloved. We're bringing the joy forward. The confidence forward. The creativity forward. The dreams forward. The parts of YOU that still belong in the person you're becoming. This conversation also closes our first eight-episode Just a Lil Heart-to-Heart series. From identity and people-pleasing to boundaries, responsibility, rest, and self-care, we've been finding our way back to ourselves the whole time. And now it's time for one final Heart Check. 💙 HEART CHECK: What part of me have I been missing? And what's ONE small thing I can do to reconnect with that part of myself? You don't have to change your entire life overnight. Baby, don't overhaul your whole life by Tuesday! 😂 Just start somewhere. Because you don't have to abandon everything you've become to come back to who you are. If this conversation speaks to your heart, share it with somebody who has been showing up for everybody else but may have forgotten to make room for themselves. And if you're ready to begin that journey, say it with me: I'M COMING BACK. This may be the end of our first eight Heart-to-Hearts, but it's not the end of the conversations. There are more stories to hear, more hearts to encourage, and more chairs to pull up. You are Heard. Healed. Here on purpose. If You Feel It—HOLLA! Grace and Peace. 💙

Take Care of You So They Can Get the Best of You | Just a Lil Heart-to-Heart

You can love the people in your life deeply—and still be tired. Being needed does not miraculously make you less tired. This lil heart-to-heart is for the mamas, daddies, spouses, caregivers, leaders, pastors, business owners, strong friends, and all the: “Don't worry, I got it.” people. Because everybody knows they can call you… but who got YOU? In this episode of Hear My Heart: Just a Lil Heart-to-Heart, Coach Tiffany Rochelle gets personal about something motherhood taught her while breastfeeding: in order to nourish her baby, she also had to nourish herself. And baby… some of us are doing the same thing emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. All the LEE'S. 😭😂 We're talking about self-care that has nothing to do with spa days or spending money, why we've sometimes made exhaustion sound sanctified, and why rest isn't something you have to earn by completely depleting yourself first. We're also going to Mark 6:31, where Jesus told His disciples to get away from the crowds and rest. There were still people. Still needs. Still work to do. And they still needed rest. But we're balancing this thing too. This isn't permission to create a life where nobody can inconvenience you. Love sometimes requires sacrifice. The question is whether you've created a pattern where everybody gets cared for except you. There's a difference between sacrifice and self-neglect. And maybe stewardship isn't only about your money, gifts, opportunities, and ministry. What about stewardship of YOU? Your mind. Your body. Your time. Your energy. Your relationship with God. You are one of the people God entrusted to your care. 💙 Heart Check: Are the people I love getting the best of me—or what's left of me? And what have I been expecting myself to function without? Finish this sentence: “This week, I'm pouring back into me by ______.” Or simply say: POUR INTO ME. Because taking care of yourself isn't abandoning the people you love. Sometimes it's how you make sure they keep receiving a healthy version of you. You are Heard. Healed. Here on purpose. If You Feel It—HOLLA. Grace and Peace. 💙

Before You Cut Them Off… Check Your Heart | Have My Boundaries Become Walls?

Boundaries are healthy. Boundaries are necessary. But what happens when a boundary stops being something you discern—and becomes your automatic response every time somebody disappoints you? In this episode of Hear My Heart: Just a Lil Heart-to-Heart, Coach Tiffany Rochelle asks a harder question: Have my boundaries become walls? We're talking about forgiveness, reconciliation, trust, access, old wounds, and the difference between protecting your heart and hardening it. Because sometimes cutoff is wisdom. Sometimes distance is necessary. Some doors absolutely need to remain closed. But sometimes the person who accidentally stepped on your toe is paying for the person who stomped on your foot years ago. And if everybody who disappoints you permanently loses access, eventually you may look around at your isolation and call it “peace.” Baby… we might've spelled that wrong. 😩 In this heart-to-heart, we're separating: Forgiveness — heart work.Reconciliation — relationship work.Trust — rebuilt through evidence and consistency.Access — determined with wisdom. Before you cut them off, get clear: Is this a pattern or an incident?Have I communicated what hurt me?Did they take responsibility? Is my response about what THIS person did—or what somebody else taught me to expect? Heart Check: Am I responding from wisdom, healing, fear, punishment… or habit? Because boundaries should help us love wisely—not make love impossible. You are Heard. Healed. Here on purpose. If You Feel It—HOLLA.
