    If you’re looking for a reset button on your life, health, emotions, and psyche this is the episode for you. Take a break , detach from the world, put yourself first for once. When’s the last time you exercised self-discipline by retraining yourself from normal pleasure in life such as: social media, food, spending money, alcohol , etc? This episode is about the mental, spiritual, and physical trials I went through on a 3 day fast from food, social media, spending money, and not communicating with the outside world by refraining from worldly activities that can sometimes distract us from listening to our inner happiness and peace.

Maybe you’re the person in other people’s circle that could use some work too. Let’s stop and think about why we let certain people eat at our table and be in our circle. It’s important that you pick up on the positive and negative attributes of your circle now rather than never. We fail to do this a lot , sometimes we’re oblivious to what people we let surround us, or we conform to people around us and lose sight of our own beliefs, goals, and vision.
