A 30 year olds journey to a new life. Unlike my last podcast’s title, this one is more casual. I want to be clear that I am not a doctor or formally educated in anyway to tell someone how to live their life. It is not my journey to direct others, but merely share some tools and tricks that have catapulted me into a life I f*****g love! I want do do this with as much transparency as possible all while I share my highs, lows, ah ha’s and hard learned lessons. This podcast might not be right for you or for right now. But it is me, right here and right now as I try to be the best person I can be.

    Matrix or not...be (what’s that word again, oh) deliberate

    I almost apologized for the audio quality and my inability to articulate myself without weird brain pauses, but then I wouldn’t be unapologetically me like I had declared previously. So I’m going to do myself a favor and own every bit of this because I followed a creative spark to completion. It’s trash value is debatable and I love it!

    Happy Mother’s Day

    Mothers are known for their compassion, love and encouragement. Sometimes, they don’t get the credit they deserve. Let’s raise a glass (that you won’t make your mother clean) and say “thanks mom! Thanks for doing the best you could for me everyday. “
