    Dominican Republic of Santo Domingo

    I am now playing for Soles Basketball Club in the LNB League in the DR. Before I finished in the Basketball Champions League East and West Asia final in Dubai. Before there we competed in qualifying rounds in Mongolia and Indonesia. I hadn’t spoke or said anything in quite some time but it felt right so here goes nothing. Catch You on the Rebound!

    Discipline Or Motivation?

    Malaysia wrap up how the season started and ended, with a glimpse into what it took to get to the playoffs and almost into the finals. The times and the people who put the time and energy in to the season and what they did to help us get where we were trying to go.

    One More Thing (Do It Alone) sometimes…

    As with doing things afraid, there are also things you have to conquer alone. Not all things of course but for sure in life there are roads to cross that only you can go down. The journey when you look back is much larger of an accomplishment because you did alone and you’ll realize where and when to do things with community and the company of others and you’ll know when you next to move alone.

    Do It Scared

    Yes you heard me. Do it scared. If it’s not hurting anybody, if it’s just an imaginary glass that you’ve created that you need to break through in order to advance in life, this is your reminder. When it’s your passion, when it keeps you up at night, when you can’t find the answer that you’ve been looking for but you know the question wouldn’t have come to you for no reason you’ve got to shoot. All 2024 write down things places or people that intimidate you or cause you to hesitate and go through the list one by one palms sweaty, voice cracking I don’t care how it looks, how crazy you feel. When you take risks you’re crazy for a minute and free from that hold forever. So do it anyway.

    No Sleep Til’ Port Dixon

    On a 6 Plus Hour Bus Ride, I’ve been feeling like shit the whole ride coming down with a cold. The past few nights I’ve been sleepless and I’m here to clear the air on why. The misses are just as important as the makes. Tune in Let’s Talk About It.
