The $10 Dollar General Meal Challenge: Who Made the Best Lunch?

How good of a lunch can you make with just $10 at Dollar General? Beard Laws, Avery and Evan each get the same challenge: spend no more than $10, buy their own ingredients at Dollar General and turn them into the best lunch possible. There’s one more problem: once someone claims an ingredient, it’s off limits to everyone else. After shopping, the three competitors head into the kitchen with 30 minutes to turn their budget groceries into an actual meal. The final menu: • Beard Laws: chicken quesadillas with seasoned fries • Avery: cheesy chicken pasta • Evan: homemade pizza bombs And things do NOT exactly go according to plan. There are changing recipes, dough problems, missing ingredients, questionable cooking decisions and plenty of kitchen chaos before all three meals finally make it to the table. Then comes the part that matters: the blind taste test. The judges don’t know who cooked each meal. They taste all three, choose their favorites and determine who actually made the best $10 Dollar General lunch. Can spending less actually produce the better meal? And what would YOU make with $10? Listen through the end for the winner and the post-challenge breakdown of what worked, what went wrong and what everyone would do differently next time. Stay Outta My Fridge is a food challenge show featuring budget meal battles, blind taste tests, cooking competitions, snack showdowns and the occasional terrible culinary decision. We Let ChatGPT Make Our Dollar General Dinner

What happens when you let ChatGPT plan your entire family dinner... and you're only allowed to shop at Dollar General? That's exactly what we decided to find out. Armed with an AI-generated shopping list and a $35 budget, we headed to Dollar General to see if artificial intelligence could actually create a meal worthy of a restaurant. The results? Garlic Parmesan waffle strips, a bacon waffle burger and candy biscuit bombs stuffed with everything from Milky Way bars to sour candy. Some recipes sounded ridiculous. Some surprised us. One might actually become part of our family's regular dinner rotation. Join Beard Laws, Megh and Avery as they shop, cook, laugh and taste-test every AI creation before deciding if ChatGPT is secretly a chef... or should stick to answering questions. If you enjoy family food challenges, budget meals, taste tests and the occasional kitchen disaster, you're in the right place. Dollar General Cakes | He Wasn’t Allowed to Help

Dollar General Cake Challenge: Evan loves baking, but this time he wasn’t allowed to touch the cakes. Evan thought he was coming to Stay Outta My Fridge to bake three elaborate cakes using only ingredients from Dollar General. Instead, Beard Laws surprised him with three apprentices: Iyla, Colden, and Madden. Evan could choose the cakes, set up the stations, assign the bakers, and run the kitchen, but he had to sit back and watch the chaos unfold. The three Dollar General cake creations were a Cosmic Brownie Cake, a S’mores Cake, and a Red Velvet Cookie Monster Cake. There was just one small problem: two of the three bakers had never made a cake before. What could possibly go wrong? Eggs were dropped. Cake mix went everywhere. Red velvet ended up on people who weren’t even making the red velvet cake. Evan was trapped at the microphone trying to coach three bakers at once while Beard Laws provided play-by-play from the most chaotic kitchen in Stay Outta My Fridge history. And somehow, the kid who could barely crack an egg may have created the best cake of them all. WHAT’S IN THE FRIDGE THIS WEEK: • Three Dollar General cakes made on a budget • A chaotic kids baking challenge with a surprise twist • Cosmic Brownie, S’mores, and Red Velvet Cookie Monster cakes • A blind family taste test and cake competition • One legendary Dollar General hot dog holder for the winner After the cakes are baked and decorated, the apprentices disappear and a group of blind judges enters the kitchen. They have no idea which kid made which cake. The cakes are judged on appearance, creativity, and taste before the bakers return for the final winner reveal. Stay Outta My Fridge is the show where the kids take over the kitchen. Join Beard Laws, Iyla, and the family for chaotic food reviews, taste tests, cooking challenges, snack battles, and the kind of family moments that never go according to plan.
