As our family, values, and health journey have grown, so has the podcast.  Liv Aligned is a natural next chapter for me (Amanda).  It is still grounded in nutrition and wellness, but with more space for real life, family, and holistic living! I specialize in everything from show-ready bodybuilding prep (I've competed too and won Novice Bikini in 2019) to integrative health, where I work with functional medicine labs like HTMA ( heavy metals), OAT (organic acids), hormone panels, omega fatty acids, and food sensitivity testing. Movement is a huge part of my life, and I’m certified in Yoga, Acro Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, so I take a full-body, whole-life approach to health. When I’m not coaching or with my family, you’ll usually find me cooking from scratch, baking sourdough, or making chocolate chip cookies. I truly believe food is medicine, and that slowing down to cook and eat real food together is one of the best ways to connect and feel our best.
